line 4: " too fast" :) except for the word " apathy" , perhaps, i think this would work well as lyrics to a hit song! ! i like the poem, but i don't see how the title fits it. so what? it got me to take a look. to MyPoemList. next time you visit your surgeon's office, maybe you can give them a sign reading " The Joy Of Pain" to put on their waiting room wall? bri :)

Life is a roller coaster ride of joy and pain. Once up you must go down. It is better to enjoy the both and live life as it comes your way. Thanks very much for posting such a beautiful poem.

Hope you can find a joy and really living in it....here at this website, i found many souls that just bruised and in pain...if we can heal each other it would be nice...but pain is so demanding and conquering life...but i hope when we find our vision and strength we can get it through....hope things going well to u soon...

There is hope in life. If you really want to live and be away from lies. As pain is real so is joy only thing is what is your choice? I got a chance to feel your feelings, you know pain and don't know joy now try the reverse and share how you feel There is joy in doing what is right may be a little hard but not impossible again it is your choice
