Tongues lifted in praise! The tongue can be a constructive or destructive little instrument. Taming one's tongue probably more difficult than taming a ravenous tiger.

God is the only poet, we can be his poetry with good words or we can choose dark words thus dishonoring Him, truly a great poem Susan!

We believe in the Lord and we have unending love in His Words, I like very much the contrast in the poem, magnificently worded, dear Susan! An excellent poem 5 Stars! We are blessed who speak the words of the Lord as it is in the Holy Bible. Amazingly rendered, dear Susan!

Amen well said, John 1: 1...Kostas said it...I love the contrast on the of first stanza and the second stanza and the fact that the poem begins with a night or dark light but ends with day light....very positive and hopeful, words have the power to build and destroy, thanks for sharing!
