The Jester Man Poem by Suelynn Walters

The Jester Man

The man with the jokes and riddles
Does his performance on stage tonight
Everyone cheers for he is very dear
He brings us all to laughter and delight

The Jester Man

He clowns around without a care
He dances and smiles and plays
We sit there with such amazed eyes
Just to see him walk our way

The Jester Man

Wearing a cap with bells on it
Carrying a mock scepter in his hand
Tonight is truly very delightful you see
For many comes to see this man
