The Japanese Ambassador Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Japanese Ambassador

Rating: 5.0

We have a couple of dignitaries,
Visiting The Museum of the Year.
Both arriving tomorrow morning,
Honouring friendship most sincere.

The First Minister of Wales,
And The Japanese Ambassador.
Together will plant six trees,
Symbolising what both care for.

Peace and harmony among nations,
Showing that cultures get along.
Economies trading with each other,
With a bond that is so strong.

For many years here in Wales,
Japan has invested considerably.
With well paid jobs and factories,
Life blood of the Welsh economy.

These trees symbolise friendship,
Over time does steadily grow.
So we thank you Mr Ambassador,
For the sincerity you bestow.
