A very nice poem about a very nice fruit. I got to know jackfruit in Brazil. I didn't see any that were three feet long and fifty pounds, but maybe a few that were three-fourths that size. While it is not my favorite fruit by any means, the flavor is certainly not unpleasant. I did not know that they could sometimes grow underground fruit. Thanks for the information.
