The Insurrection Poem by Randy McClave

No one should ever forget
What some Americans allowed and did permit,
When the U.S capital they stormed
The country is now permanently deformed.
Those Americans believed the lies of a lying president
Who wanted to become a supreme Head of State resident,
Now when the world looks at those terrorists with unpatriotic looks
Forever now they will be etched in our history books.
Those unpatriotic terrorists came like thieves in the night
They came like a evil sinful blight,
They maimed and they killed just to get inside
With hate and gallows more they wished would had died.
The U.S President had firstly suggested the collusion
So, he sat and watch it with pleasure on the television,
He didn't care for the death and the pain or the lies and tears
All that he wanted was to be president at least for four more years.
So, now the flags in United States should all be at half mast
The then president and those terrorists lots were cast,
When the president and the terrorists stood against a legal election
They committed the infamous January 6th insurrection.
