The Inner Canon Of Yellow Curry Poem by Cui Gya

The Inner Canon Of Yellow Curry

If you encounter a rainy season
I advise you to eat some curry
Please don't be surprised
The north of here is different from Indochina.
Where yellow curry is a must-eat and everyone loves
Coriander, turmeric, lemongrass and fennel seeds
Spices? Herbs?
Both are considered
If the human body is not susceptible to external cold and dampness
There is no need to warm the spleen and stomach
Especially in damp rainy season
It's very meaningful to promote Qi and Blood circulation
Your connection with the outside world
Should be attributed to nature
Each of you
An independent natural existence
From grass plants to herbs
From spices to medicated foods
Not limited by the desires of taste buds
Seasonal combination meals
They are the inner canon of yellow curry
