A very important role is being a Dad

Setting a good example for your
lasses, and your lads

Not pretending to be perfect - just
being you

Always keeping your family's welfare
within view

You'll make mistakes, and get things
wrong - that's life

But if you can get through all of that
strife

If you can raise strong, principled,
resilient kids

You'll be a force not easily dismissed

And your line might last a billion
years

Or more - who knows how long
humanity will endure?
