The Hope Of All Eternity! Poem by Denis Martindale

The hope of all eternity begins, at first, with faith,
Thanks to the King of Calvary, and Christ's blood meant to save.
God's Son, Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews and more,
The Lamb of God, once put to death, who died for you, for sure.
Christ's love meant God's grace could begin once Jesus paid the cost,
He shed His blood, atoned for sin, redeeming what was lost.
His righteousness transforms the old, so cold hearts warm with hope,
Eternity grants more than gold, and God's love helps us cope.

The Christian saint shares what he's learned through parables revealed.
Once the prodigal son returned, that day that man was healed!
God sees believers praying still. God hears the words they pray.
Will they observe the Father's will, or will they disobey?
For everything on Earth gets viewed beyond all sins confessed!
When God forgives, we can conclude the faithful saint stays blessed.
Such blessings for the human race! What more could God bestow?
Eternal life! Amazing grace! What more is there to know?

The hope of all eternity! The promise of rewards
The King of Kings who died for me! Behold, the Lord of Lords!
Promoted through amazing grace, because of Calvary,
At last, to see the Saviour's face and see Him smile at me.
Your faith is yours, and yours alone, in life, in death, and more.
My faith is mine, and mine to own, yet who knows what's in store?
The hope of all eternity! For all saints, young and old!
That's why it's plain, this has to be the greatest story ever told!
