Poet Panda, this hearfelt poem makes me shiver with anger towards bureaucrats who are STOPPING people who truly want to help alleviate this problem. Very well written!
Seen in the cities.Really a pitiable sight.They need, shelter food clothing. Aggod message in the poem.
