The heavens swelled, intense chromas of bright hues (blue, gold, pink, orange) beamed from the sky, colours bathed under feet leaking through the clouds
That held, in threads, banners of 'justice' and ‘saviours'; embroidered in the white by the blank canvas of eyes that glare and beam
Stained with bright spires and flakes, raining from the burning stars, fell bleeding hands knotted with pink rope and anchors
That melted with a clank and left chrome-glazed puddles, casting broken legs and dull feet which limped with weight
