The Hard Of Hearing Poem by Conley Murray

The Hard Of Hearing

Losing your eye-sight is almost as bad as it can be.

But when you are hard of hearing its just as bad in a way,
because you can't always understand what people say.

Its a struggle everyday,
because you are always asking people to repeat what they say.

Some people laugh when you answer them the wrong way,
but you don't always understand what they have to say.

You try to make the best of everyday,
trying to hear what people have to say.
