Full of humor and truth. Yes, the " Borises" Seem to rule the World, They are present all over, One asks oneself Why is it that the worst Get to rule, It sure gives The different Countries, Nothing but a big Hangover. Great poem, includes it all. It's so refreshing to read, the Truth!
