The Great Tribulation Poem by Saint Chidi

The Great Tribulation

Hew the roof of his mouth for thirst
The tongue of a sucking child
Their sinews stick to the bones
And visage blacker than coal
Woe to the foetus bearer
And yell them that give suck

Ahh! That time of Jacob trouble
Oh, Great tribulation foretold
I lament over your denizens
The wager of iniquity shall visit
Even Judah clan shall be found guilty

The sceptre be gone in clouds
Dejavu, the boy scout of perdition
Hewn stone coggery and repugnance
The sun blurts from its shades
The elliptical moon pitch black
Earth and water sunken on hollowed path
Breath and air, wild carcasses of Megiddo

Oh, misery of mortality
Life in the burning sun
Death in warmth moon
Your punisher shall rage
And judgement dispersed
Both deities in vengeance
And the man beast in terror
Who shall escape these miseries?

Dry tears hallow'd remnant of desolation
Till the end of time, times, and half a time
And the writers' note of the seventieth week
Thy usurper and deifiers are cast down
Sod a dog, tyrant gulf rages
To deconsecrate the holy place
In hurry, the shortness of his time
To gather a people in defiance
Engraved terror formation

And at the end of time, times and dividing of time
A new age shall come.
