The Good Demons Poem by Hebert Logerie

Are there really good demons?
This thorny question
Will surely receive a knotty reaction
A difficult response
It reminds me of my Muses
Who amuse me, and abuse
Licking and slurping candies.
Oh! Yes, they are everywhere
In the world, in the nation
They inspirit, excite, inspire
They drive us crazy
And make us perspire
Especially when one is brawny or burly
Occasionally, this gives rise to laughter.
Good demons
Or good angels exist
As bad angels persist
Persecute patriots and patrons
In the cities, alleys
And valleys.
