There's a poem in here somewhere,
between the drugs and the booze,
the knife crime and drive by shootings,
the county lines and the
innocent child.
It's trying to say that the world belongs to us all,
no post codes, no forbidden streets
but it's being silenced.
.
Breathe in! Breath out.....
.
We're born with nothing
we will certainly die with nothing.
Everything in life is on loan.
Treat it as a learning curve,
obey the rules, keep you head down,
enjoy what you can, suffer what you can't
and mosey on through.
I'll catch you on the other side
where the sky is blue.
