Hi Cryssa, Great Write. Truly reflective of the feelings of one ascending on the stage for the first time. Even for the n-th time. I still have a starting trouble when on stage. I have been speaking on stage for over 40 years now; still..... These lines linger in my heart; and my lips: The first note is released, my tension is now eased. - -The starting trouble in overcome. Sure, then... I make it through the melody, filling my soul with harmony. When the performance is over, the applause, The last note my saxophone plays, lingers in the air and just stays. The crowd stands with applause, and at my insides happiness gnaws.- - Yes. happiness gnaws! ! ! ! I've down my best, and now my mind is ready to rest. - rest happily, And the feeling is as if you have conquered Mount Everest! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I can understand it cryssa; I have felt the same! ! Many times over. Lovely write! ! Congratulations for this most creative work. And your saxophone: : so you are an artist of multiple talents. Great! ! Keep it up. Do practice more! !
