This beautiful poem describes the philosophical garden through a cosmic, an interior, and a spiritual angle of view. Readers are endowed to see this garden with their eyes of thought. This glow is described as equally material and spiritual. Moreover, it can penetrate both space and time. This glow is strong because it contains holiness. I loved reading this poem.

In the garden suspended in time my mother sits in a redwood chair: light fills the sky, the folds of her dress, the roses tangled beside her. memories sweet. tony

I wonder if the poet is talking about memories. Memory that shine whenever and wherever it finds a crack in our heart and mind. Enjoyed the poem even if my interpretation is wrong.

in the white foliage of the chestnut tree, still we remember your father's walk after reading this excellent poem. We hear the whisper. Leaning over this page the garden is selected wonderfully. This poem touches mind and soul and this is the best choice of many readers.
