The Four Winds (Tanka)
Winds blow from the East
Such warm and gentle calm airs
Winds from the West are
Directly off the ocean
Winds from the South are quite warm
North winds are bitterly cold
Thank you for the Tanka! ! Especially an educational one! ! And this 'little' tanka sure hit the spot! ! !
