The rain comes down proud
In a heavy downpour.
The flower buds,
So shy to come out
Of their green blanket,
Bow down,
Little by little,
Until they reach the ground.
Out of the dark clouds,
The sun comes out.
Its rays throw
A warm glow,
Over the flower buds.
They rise little by little,
Come out of their green blanket,
With their hues so bright.
