Hi Suzanne, Lovely poem. From recounting a mad-like dream, you quietly slipped on to a totally philosophical note. Quite poignant: Am I that moon Longing to flee But destined to orbit”......... wow! As the Hindu philosophy goes, all are tethered by the unseen power of ‘karma’ to the worldly lives. Rather, lives after lives after lives... In the eternal cycle of lives, until one attains “moksha”.. which one’s karma will render... Thank you, Suzanne for sharing this wonderful poem.

A very unique poem posing many questions. The thing that comes to mind as I read it was once someone said to me., , , , " insanity is when you keep doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome" I like how you said, it may shift a bit each time. Great read!
