Youth Dances In Summer Rain Joy youth dances in the joy of afternoon rain in the glorious light of the moon at night in the love of music in a beautiful song Copyright © Terence George Craddock Inspired by the poem 'The First Time' by the poet Cigeng Zhang. Dedicated to the poet Cigeng Zhang.
I have danced in the joy of afternoon rain, in the glorious light of the moon at night, in the love of music in a beautiful song
I'm all wet, drenched in rain, but it was worth it to stop for awhile and watch your rain dance and tap into the enthusiasm and sheer joy your dancing conveyed. For those moments you danced and I watched, I felt the rain wash me clean of worries and regrets and your dancing and splashing and spinning taught me a lesson in freedom that I still carry within.
Really lovely poem. I didn't understand who this poem is about.: /
you really handle the principle 'Less is more' excellently, my imagination is still flying with those steps
You make the words dance with you emotions in this poem. I am loving it.

Beautiful poem, Cigeng, it really captures the essence of the moment. The joy of dancing in the rain, and your words, short and powerful; I can really see her image through your imagery!
