Or the Kumar Purnima bring The feel of cake or the moon....I feel it. A great poem dear poetess.....5 stars.
excellent poem with very attractive and emotional affect, provoking thoughts, but don't worry always the past will stay alive in our memories 10/10 and into my treasure chest
But with the approach of every festival i wander to the pleasant past Where lie myjoy treasured I know not whether future will ever bring The lost laughter, bliss and delight.
Feelings! ! ! To the pleasant past! ! ! ! Muse of love and life. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
Poor heart, it always wants what is not. in youth we dream the carefree days of childhood, in old age we miss the youth of body and mind, in summer we miss the wintry chill, in winter the warm sun still! A lovely piece on yearning.
I like this. Could it be your thoughts (or just your imagination?) longing for someone ….or more than one ……. [see line # 1] in your past? ? Or something in your past? ? As for me, Bri, the Raj festival definitely makes ME have the ‘feel’ of cake AND ice cream! Bri :)
Many of your poems I cannot read, so I do the next best thing, re-read the older ones again and enjoy them once again.
I know not whether future will ever bring The lost laughter, bliss and delight... ..Change is painful
A wonderful and touching poem. Sometimes the things that gave us joy and happiness of yesteryears do not bring the same feeling as intense as they were when we were younger.
Sorry, please read festival instead of vestival, it has been done inadvertently.
Sometimes feelings of the past time and events occur in our mind when a vestival appears like the feel of cake or the moon on Kumar Purnima or Raja Festival. We get joy from the pleasant past viz. laughter, bliss and delight. A beautiful poem on Feel is astutely executed. Thank you dear madam for sharing this gem.10
Where lie myjoy treasured I know not whether future will ever bring The lost laughter, bliss and delight....fine poem
I like to remember the past with affection, as you recall the special festivals.
Unfortunate, but the future cannot bring the joy of the childhood. Memories may give some fleeting moments. It is unfortunate that growing up means loss of our capacity to enjoy things in an innocent way. Your poem, so well penned, brings up these emotions.
Beautiful. Appreciated the very core of this excellent poem. Top score.
