You always amaze me with your ability to deliver such beautiful scenes Andrew, in this piece you have painted life in such a genius way....i adore your craft my friend
Poor darling tree. I feel like crying. It is because you have built your imagery so well into the sad fate of its surroundings. Your word pictures are amazing and I think you see so much beauty and sadness always and everywhere. This is why your talent is one of a Master Poet. 10 Karin Anderson
Andrew, what a beautifully written peace, penned with so very much sadness, and I can relate so well, as it had its life, and now bidding you farewell, however remember life's cycle, the ants now have a haven, the moss now can blanket its once very prowd and sturdy trunk, the insects now will live off the moss, and life will recylce its world..... Lovely written, from the center of my heart I give you a 10 plus........

Very poignant and beautiful. I have never forgotten the great elm tree that graced our backyard for so many years. This gentle giant continues to appear in my dreams. IMO, this is one of your best. Warm regards, Sandra
