The Faithful Poem by Richard Wlodarski

The Faithful

We are brave soldiers
Fighting one damn war
Invisible foe
Yet, we are so blind
Facing the Masked One
Standing our ground
Two metres apart
He spits in faces
Yet, we fear not
Wearing masks and gloves
Protection of God
Satan tries in vain
Many infected
Too many now dead
Derailed yet, stout
Show faith in One God
