The Essence Poem by Freeyad Ibrahim

The Essence

By Freeyad Ibrahim

A mindful man has got a stomach empty
But a stomach full man has got a mind empty
One out two men gets wealth with no health
Or he gets health but with no any prosperity
Some are eager to get ceremonial celebrities
But they get it when afflicted by a tremendous difficulty
Celebrity is an easy name but difficulty lies in calamity
Calamities look like common sense conditions,
severe, but they finally lead to a successful celebrity
No one would be mentioned in the solemn society
if they do not pitiless pierce the very veil of ambiguity
Let loss all things that attract you to dignity
take care only to where others put their own credibility
I dislike those whose priority stands above their Immunity
Those who purchase their main goals by their own identity
Some are gaining repute at the cost of charity
Some get charity but at the cost of their dignity
Let go men with neatly dressed attires and garments
For they get no head above their pasteurized personality
The difference between being happy or being sad is like
The resemblance between a bitter coffee and a bitter Tea
Do not look in the job done by a youth with ability
But concentrate well long over his work's intensity
It is not clear whether a one is clever or stupid
Talking to him will tell you much about his stupidity
Determine one's character not by his personal popularity
But put much accent on his calmness and serenity
Be not fooled ever by the presumptuous precautions
Precautions, are sometimes the basic of solemnity
We always stop with actions mostly bothered, midway
While the task we've just begun needs a lot of continuity!
Customarily we run after much more things in quantity
To come later confronted by the importance of the quality
Exactly as a woman wishes to live in longevity
Has she ever asked herself about the quality of her longevity?
