The Elusive Butterfly Poem Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Elusive Butterfly Poem

Rating: 3.5

There's a fine poem on the loose,
So casually floating in the air.
I quickly grab my large poetry net,
Elusive innocence I will ensnare.

A poem about beautiful butterflies,
Oh my! The stark irony of it all.
Now pride of place in my collection,
The colourful centrepiece of my haul.
