A very beautiful and loving poem. You made me happy for a while, and I appreciate you.
His wife then came behind him After chopping out some weeds She shuffled down that well-worn path And covered up the seeds. a very fine poem. couple. their love. tony
Thank you so much for reading my poem and your sweet comment. They made me smile as I watched them.
Nice poem (yours) . Someday, while bending, the husband will croak, , put to 'his rest' by a massive and fatal STROKE. Along will come his wife, pulling dirt o'er his chest, relieved he's AT PEACE, as Sun sets in the west. I hope i will be so lucky. I hope my wife will be also. but maybe just leave us for the buzzards, saving on disposal expenses. too morbid? bri :) p.s. i hope you use more punctuation in poems meant for young people; i read about you on PH.
