The Dying Year (Northern Hemisphere) Poem by james watkin

The Dying Year (Northern Hemisphere)

Dying is euphoric!
A splendid affair.
Blowing for spirit, leaf-whirled
Proof is in the air!
Of these yet clung rags, with haste
Does each tree disgard.
Leaving behind a bare corpse
In Winter's graveyard.
