'… બારણાં' 'the Doors' Comments

After coming back to Gujarat after mostly away I've now taken to reading Gujarati poems. This one, Himanshu Patel, is a beautiful piece so well-written. I give it full marks.

In olden days such doors are used in houses as this picture of the poem shows. This brings childhood memories alive and emotion. Doors of own hose and doors of friends are forgotten these days. This is so sad. The door of house allows us to recall about Bapu. Making a chime chain like Mother's forehead the door keeps respect in mind for self and for friend's house. A nice poem is well penned and this poem is an outstanding poem...10
