He died A slow painful death But I never knew a thing Isn't that strange....liked the personification of death! A fabulous poem....5 stars.
Love goes to the lap of death. Here death slowly takes love to its bed. This poem can be interpreted in many different ways. I feel the poetess has personified both 'love' and 'death'. The former is a traveler and latter is the destination.
