" Name அரூண generally means Mythical charioteer of the sun or Dawn, is of Sanskrit, Indian origin" " Aruna" is " the name of the charioteer of Surya (Sun god) in Hinduism. He is the personification of the reddish glow of the rising Sun." I'm confused. Is Aruna the same as " dawn" ? No, i think not. One is male and one female. " " ? ? Did i hear mention of? Not a guy's, i hope. bri :)
, I had explained in detail and then PH removed it all saying it is too long.... But why remove it altogether? Well, in short, Aruna is not to be pronounced like Arunaa. In Sanskrit each consonant need 'a' vowel a to make it complete. Name அரூண, does it mean Arun in Odia?
A fabulous poem with great rhythm and rhyme sir! I sincerely admire the fathomless poetic beauty of this magnificent piece of work.... Full marks!

Approaching, slipping closer abreast, And losing her self as a dawn She merges— one with the sun. Her pale orange radiance Emits golden red hues at once, And soon she's no more dawn, Ah she's a young lady called morn Thank you for sharing a poem like this.Such a lovely poem.

Hi Dr Tony Brahmin, thank you so much. The poets and readers here on PH seems to be quite love and romance lovers.
How dawn is turning to morn has been so hauntingly delineated. I want to cite....Ever so slowly baring her / Approaching, slipping closer abreast, / And losing her self as a dawn / She merges— one with the sun. A brilliant poem is amazingly shared.10
A dawn is in love of a morn, a poetic idea so nicely materialized in a poem.
Thank you dear AJ, beauty and butterflies, love and longing, and the like is generally not my style, but yes sometimes. But I think this genre is appreciated more here on PH.
The arrival of the dawn is imaginatively pictured as a bride shyly approaching her groom! Enjoyed this beautifully rhyming poem!
Valsa must have gotten an invitation to the wedding. i did NOT, and i don't 'see' it coming in the poem. well, good luck to them anyway. bri :)
