I like the sentiment but your expression of it is superb. I concentrate most of my attention on the expression of it because you can have excellent ideas but it doesn't always rise to poetry. This does.

We, the audience, should not forget the dancer, because the dancer works very hard to achieve excellence. However, I do agree that the dancer should be humble, put the ego down, and become the dance- - Concentrating on the dance itself, and not on winning accolades for herself or himself. A very good poem which makes a very good point!
