COME DANCE WITH ME
Come dance with me,
Let us move like the leaves up in the trees
Lifted by the song of the unseen wind.
Let our feet celebrate life waltzing like leaves upon the ground
Racing, swirling, turning to The Phantom's whim,
Explosive, light and strong, full of life, denying death.
Come dance with me,
Let us move like grasses shimmering as they to the wind's caress lay down
Then raise their heads up high adorned in their full seeded crown.
We, like them, shall be a smooth and rippling ocean as we bend and sway
Racing forward towards the brighter day,
Hearts pounding, exuberant and gay.
Come dance with me,
Hold me strong as trees are rooted to the earth,
But keep me free to sway as they do bend to nature's might
As you press me close, for we must be as one
United in mind and body and soul
Our declaration of eternal love.
