The Cruellest Love Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Cruellest Love

Rating: 5.0

She turned away from my open hand,
And sadly left for another land.
Her kiss and smile but fleeting,
But my hearts love forever beating.

Lovers come and lovers go,
The sands of time eternally blow.
Love can kill and love is blind,
But the cruellest love is love declined.
