The criminal too a man,
But why is he a criminal,
What his crime,
Why did he do it
So seriously grave?

Was he a criminal from beginning,
From his birth
Or has become in course of time,
A criminal
Committing crimes?

Now the question,
Should he be hated
Or his crime,
Should we treat him
Like a convict or not?

Just as a prisoner, a jail bird
Or a mental patient
Undergoing treatment
In a mental home,
A correctional house?

Th criminal,
His parents had not been,
But how has he
A criminal,
A dreaded criminal?
