Comforter, the name revered so high
The only true savior of our soul
Synonymously with love and the sky
He came to earth, to make us whole
His message was one, the sword
A message that brought the world to its knees
That we should all walk in one accord
His message was one of love and peace
He showed that love can conquer the darkness
He showed us that love is a powerful score
He preached of mercy and of forgiveness
He healed the sick, he fed the poor
He died on the cross, for our sins
And rose from the dead, to give us
New beginnings
