This is a very tender poem and the intimate speech of the speaker sustains that tenderness even when he brings up some vexed topics like sins haunting the other person. What he is saying to her is the simple truth but its simplicity is not simple-minded. It shows he has lived the truth in his own life. I loved the garden imagery toward the end of the poem. Your poem reveals heart-truths, and I am adding the poem to my list so I can experience it again.
Inspiring flow of words from your pen. Many convincing lines adds beauty and positivity to this poem. But, remember, my dearest, somewhere under this great colourless paths lies your vanity, your dreams, your passions, So- Don't lament for the things done long ago. Path may be colourless but travelling ones make it colourful. Beautiful presentation. Loved reading it.
Paths may look dull but with pleasant disposition added by a company benevolent, one may not feel let down....... Very inspiring crafted with wonderful words
Don't lament for the things done long ago. It's an amazing write.................10
