The Clock Poem by Natasha McGee

The Clock

The clock is ticking on the wall
Even though theirs no sound
The things I've seen would turn u cold
But in god's plan the there's still much to unfold
U feel like there's nothing u can do
Put your faith in him, He will see you through
The second turn to minutes, hours and days
The clock won't stop ticking because you lost your way
The season's come and go as they usually do
Hold on tight, your almost through
What may seem as a clock on the wall
Is actually the mystery you see
God having his hands on you and me
So when u take another look at the wall
God set in motion for us all
It may seem simple from what you see
The clock just represents the time and more time
For you and me
