An excellent epistle to describe a City that Never Sleeps! While most modern cities fall in a similar category of somnambulism, the city herein described would undoubtedly be Gurgaon...... a city awakening to the challenges of modern India yet so dusty, so chaotic! . Arti Chopra has culled out the essence of The City so beautifully.
