Is he an immigrant? Is he a no-man? Has he got no land? And where to go finally, what the path which lies it ahead? Strange is the story of life.

The City In Which I Loved You is a poem of search and e-search, location and re-location, association and disassociation. Where is the city? , he searches it, tries to locate and dislocate it, figure and disfigure it. where the land of his birth? Where the place of his growing? Where lived he? Where the city of love? Where his place, where her place? who is of where? Where the house and which is whose house? A poem to be constructed, de-constructed.

I studied under Li-Young at Beloit College (1998 - 1999) . I almost forgot how brilliant he is. This is my favorite.
