My actor soul always sympathizes with those who make their living risking their necks under the big tent. Your poem shares the tawdry reality of these wandering players and their not always honest audiences. Excellent poem. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I have always felt that the circus was a place of faded glory. You have captured this mood very well in your excellent word painting. Take care, Nimal. Your poetess friend, Sandra

Very vivid poem Nimal.........I like the way it goes from the fun whimsical stuff to the more serious things such as pickpockets once the lights dim. Very nice. Sincerely, Mary
