The Chief Blackmailer Poem by Anisa Tara

The Chief Blackmailer

The Chief Blackmailer presents a deal
Masking blessing with an exchange
Give all your spent and unspent love
Perhaps He will exempt you from pain

The kingdom and it's righteousness
Remains still to be sought
For the cost of all its searching
Life choicest blessings may be bought

Without which one ambles aimless
And trundles surely to his hell
Life and hell a blurred distinction
It might be just as well
