Tiger: 'me the king, this fool dares to outwit
once I catch, of my meal, it is a bit '

Monkey: 'On tree, primate is boss
tigers are at a loss
curiosity can kill, you dimwit '

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem is based on a video from Jim Corbett Park, India, where a heavily built tiger, notices a wily monkey on a tree; being hungry, the tiger is keen to catch the monkey and tries to follow the monkey on the tree.Keeps on climbing higher and higher and the monkey displays its evasive tricks. Finally, when the tiger is on a thin branch, the branch breaks and the tiger falls down with a thud. This video was captured by some visitors to the park.
