The Burning Sun Poem by Phil Soar

The Burning Sun

I've never liked the burning sun
It seems to crease my skin
So when the summer really starts
It's best that I stay in
I don't like putting sun cream on
I won't be out sun bathing
If I wrote a review on that astral star
I'm afraid it would be scathing
