I duly appreciate this poem. But my experience is such tales are quoted often but no one knows how many of the youngsters can demonstrate their brilliance like this. But people like me who teach and teach would like to feel the breeze of this kind when we sit and stare at the heat of the task Herculean at times. Thank you madam for sharing this poem

the degree of difference always play a havoc on society / male and female equally bright but we segregated, women as inferior but it's wrong / it is like this say both stood first with 95% in the exam, one got 100% in math, other 100% in science though the marks are same but there are degree of difference both are equal too. thank ma'am nice poem

Is the glass half full or half empty? That is the question of life. A good poem.

Wow! the ideas of pessimism and optimism explained through this didactic poem. The half glass-full philosophy described nicely.I loved it's moral.

Some children astonish their teachers through thier sharp wit and practical wisdom! Bookish knowledge and knowledge of life are two different things, though both are needed to be a successful student! ! An anecdote with a lesson! Enjoyed! !
