Poetry is odourless
But can be tainted
By unwanted vibes
And be full of darkness
Just like ordinary breath
Poetry is full of the life giving stuff
That invigorates the deepest part of our being
Nourishing our souls
Impregnating the womb of our being
Just like ordinary breath
Poetry is inhaled and exhaled
To undress the inner self
And address you
Just like ordinary breath
Poetry opens channels
Deep within our body, mind and soul
Watering our spirit
With nature's best ingredients
Colouring our being
With the colours of life
Just like ordinary breath
Poetry is an ordinary exercise
That produces extraordinary experiences
