knowing me, daniel, you won't find it totally weird that this makes me think of philippians 2: 5-11 which, it is thought, might be the oldest confession which paul incorporated into his letter. in it we see the descent that is the incarnation leads to the ascent in glory. i'll send a version of it in a separate message. -glen
