'Gentle wind soothing/easing the soul/relieving the burden' I think is the heart of the poem, and ocean relieves some of that anguish related to living. Thanks.

Nature tickles, sooths and communicates with everyone but only a poets heart can understand it. This poem, though in different style has a Wordsworthian touch: There are sermons in stones And books in the running brooks. A very good poem. Thank you for sharing it.
