Blackbird blackbird, sing a song for me, “I wouldn’t dare not while I’m in this tree”. Blackbird blackbird tell me a story of mountains and dragons and princes with glory “I wouldn’t dare to tell you such a tale too simple, too complex too much of the best I wouldn’t dare to say such a thing.”
Blackbird, blackbird tell me of you are you angel or devil, are you dreams come true? “I’d tell you the answer if I dared, but the truth is the answer makes me not care.” Blackbird blackbird why do you lie for I know what truth lies behind those eyes? “Why dare to ask questions that have no end, at one point why not just pretend.”

Haha a very daring work to say the least :) . I like the dialogue format you wrote it in. I can definitely put myself into this one. I just had a thought, if I'm Snoopy, and you're a BlackBird, does that make you my Woodstock? LoL. But anyway, on a less dork-filled note, I like how it asks the same questions I have and still continue to even though the answers escape the both of us. I can give this poem an 8.7 easily but I say we keep things simple and give it a nine :)
